Orders placed after 2:00 PM Central Time will be treated as received on the next business day for processing purposes.

Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or U.S. public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

8. Order Processing Time

Our standard order processing time is:

1–3 business days.

Order processing may include:

  • Verifying order information;

  • Confirming inventory;

  • Preparing products;

  • Inspecting products;

  • Packaging orders; and

  • Arranging carrier pickup or shipment.

Saturdays, Sundays, and U.S. public holidays are not counted as processing business days.

9. Shipping

Woju Crafts currently ships within the United States only.

Shipping fees:

Orders of $20 USD or more: Free Standard Shipping.

Orders under $20 USD: $8 USD Standard Shipping Fee.

Order processing time:

1–3 business days.

Estimated shipping transit time after the order has been shipped:

5–10 business days.

The normal estimated overall delivery timeframe is therefore:

6–13 business days.

These are estimated timeframes and do not constitute guaranteed delivery dates.

10. Returns and Refunds

Customers may request returns in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

In general, eligible return requests may be submitted within:

30 days after the order is shown as delivered.

After an approved returned product is delivered to the designated return address:

We normally require 5–10 business days to complete the return inspection, return review, and refund processing.

Approved refunds will be submitted to the customer's original payment method.

Banks, credit card issuers, and payment service providers may require additional time to process the refund. Therefore, the final posting time may differ from Woju Crafts' refund processing timeframe.

Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that it can be cancelled.

If an order has already shipped, customers may request a return after delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Customers are responsible for providing valid and accurate payment information.

Payment authorization and transaction approval are handled by the applicable payment service provider according to its applicable rules.
